**ONLY ONE WEEK REMAINING** Hello families! This is a reminder that all band camp forms and payment are due by July 1st. If you need medical forms signed by doctors (necessary for all over the counter and prescription medications except routine pain relievers), NOW is the time to make plans to get those to your doctor's offices. Payment can be made online at your student's Charms account, or by check payable to to the GH Band Parents Assc. Forms and payment may be dropped off at the High School office during regular summer hours, or mailed to the Band Parents at PO Box 12580, Columbus 43212. Visit the web site for more information, copies of necessary forms, and everything else you need. And don't forget to swing by the signupgenius, to sign up for a chaperone slot.
