It’s the Holiday Season!!  Time to celebrate with the GHHS Bands (Jazz Ensemble and Concert Band). There are two events on the calendar - “Holiday in the Heights”, Tuesday ​

Dec. 5 and the GHHS Bands Holiday Concert, Thursday, Dec. 7.  Details below:

Tuesday, December 5:  ‘Holiday in the Heights’ -
Jazz Ensemble Only - 5:30-6:00PM
Location: Corner of 2nd and Grandview
Instrument Pick-Up/Load Rhythm Section: 4:30-4:55PM
Setup: 5:00PM
Downbeat: 5:30PM
Tear Down: 6:00PM
Instrument Drop Off: 6:15-6:30PM
Dress: Holiday/Festive Casual. Festive hats/accessories encouraged.
Saxes/Trumpets/Trombone: You are responsible for your transportation and instrument/music.
Rhythm Section: You will need to assist with loading/unloading and provide your own transportation and music.

Thursday, December 7: GHHS Bands Holiday Concert -
Jazz Ensemble and HS Concert Band - 7:00PM

Location: GHHS Auditorium
Report Time: 6:30PM
*Concert Band report to the band room, jazz ensemble report to the stage*
Dress: Dress shirt/blouse, dress pants/skirt (tights with skirt), dress shoes.  Tie optional.  Festive hats/accessories encouraged.
