BAND PARENTS UPDATE

​Greetings band families, and welcome to summer! Just a couple of reminders from the Band Parents:

1.    SUMMER UNIFORM ORDERS: are due very soon (see details below). Note that all rising freshmen are expected to order all uniform pieces (shirt, shorts, shoes, and gloves), unless you have access to good condition hand-me-down items from a former member. Sophs thru seniors are welcome to order additional items as needed/desired. ALL ORDERS ARE DUE JUNE 15.
 
2.    CHAPERONES STILL NEEDED: we are still in need of at least one man and one woman for overnight chaperoning duty on each and every night of band camp. Please, please, please visit the signupgenius today, and sign up for a volunteer slot. Band camp is literally impossible without sufficient adult chaperones. Thanks!
 
3.    IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• SUMMER UNIFORM ORDERS are due June 15. Order online via Charms (school code = grandviewheightsband; if you need help with your student password, contact me), or return the order form that can be found here. 
• BAND CAMP FORMS are due July 1. Find them on the web site here. 
• BAND CAMP PAYMENT is also due July 1. Payment information is detailed in the band camp forms.
