Hello band families! A HUGE thank you to all of you who turned in timely payment and forms for Band Camp, and an even bigger extra thanks to those parents who have signed up to volunteer. All Band Camp volunteer slots are now FILLED, so we know we are ready for a great camp experience for our students. Next up is the DECAL DRIVE, our biggest fundraiser of the year. Please see below for a message from our Decal Drive chairs:
Hey Band Parents! The Decal Drive is the LARGEST fundraiser for the band program. It's a MANDATORY fundraising event in which all students in the High School Band are expected to attend. Students ride in vehicles driven by parents to designated routes to collect donations in exchange for a window cling Decal. If residents aren't home, we leave a donation request and envelope in their door. Please click here to help for a couple of hours max in some capacity. DETAILS Sunday 7/29/18: Students: 6:00pm check-in at Edison's Commons. Find their squad & driver list then eat pizza. Wear summer uniforms with their own sneakers. Students do NOT have to wear marching shoes. Event ends by 8:00pm. BEFORE THE EVENT, PLEASE: Verify you are registered with the high school as an approved volunteer. It's super easy.
