1. here at Band Parents' central are thrilled to congratulate three current members of the GH bands program who were elected by their peers as members of the 2021 GHHS Homecoming Court. Congratulations to GHHS Bands seniors Mikael Black, Nina Brown, and Anna Bullock! We are so proud of you!
2. DON'T MISS THE PARADE! The Homecoming parade will step off from the middle school at 6pm this Friday, October 1. The GHHS Marching Band, cheerleaders, and Homecoming court will parade through the streets of Grandview Heights and on into the football stadium. Big fun for your middle school band student, and fun for the whole family - come out and cheer the Bobcats on!
3. EIGHTH GRADE BAND TO PERFORM: As if Homecoming wasn't already exciting enough, the 8th Grade Bobcat Band will be joining the GHHS Marching Band on the field on Friday night as well! After watching the parade, why not come on over to Bobcat Stadium to see the show?
4. IS IT YOUR TURN? Finally, we still need just a handful of volunteers for the concession stand at this week's home Bobcat football game - you can click here to sign up. As noted, it's Homecoming week, so this is an ideal time for a few middle school parents to step up and help us out, so that the high school families can watch their students performing on the field. Please help if you can!
