BAND PARENTS' UPDATE: MIDDLE SCHOOL POLOS

Greetings, Grandview Heights Middle School Band Families!

Attached to this message is an order form for your student's middle school band shirt, which is necessary for concerts and other performances. Shirts will be $10, and you can order and pay online, or return this form and a check to the Grandview Heights Band Parents (via the High School office). All other details are in the attached form. All 5th grade students are expected to order a shirt; 6-8th graders may order shirts if they need to replace their old one for some reason. IMPORTANT: if you have a 5th grader who does NOT need to order a new shirt (because of an older sibling or someone else who passed one down to you), PLEASE STILL RETURN THE FORM with the appropriate box checked. This will help us ensure that everyone who does need a shirt gets a shirt. Thank you!
