BAND PARENTS' UDPATE

Greetings GH Band Families! Two opportunities to see our GHHS instrumental groups in action this week - read on for more details!

1. HOLIDAY IN THE HEIGHTS: Come see the GHHS Jazz Ensemble perform as part of "Holiday in the Heights," the city's newest event showcasing local businesses along Grandview Ave for the holiday season on the evening of Tuesday, December 7. Our high school jazz artists are expected to perform at approximately 5:30pm, outdoors near the corner of Grandview and Second Avenues. Come for the jazz music and then stay for other activities - food, music, treats, crafts, special holiday deals and more!  Additional details available here. 2. HIGH SCHOOL HOLIDAY CONCERT: The GHHS Jazz Ensemble and the GHHS Concert Band will present their annual holiday concert this Thursday, December 9, at 7:30pm in the gymnasium of the NEW Larson Middle School. A program for the performance is available here - you can print at home or bookmark it in advance. (Reminder that masks are required for all performers and audience members at this indoor event.) 3. NEXT BAND PARENTS ASSOCIATION MEETING: The last general BPA meeting of 2021 will be held NEXT Thursday, December 16, at 6:30pm in the media center of the NEW Larson Middle School. Come join us to hear about all the fun we have in store for 2022!
