WE'RE GLAD YOU ASKED! At the end of this school year GHBOB will be saying farewell to a few LONGTIME volunteers and leaders who have helped keep things going through the last few years of pandemic and facility-project related uncertainty. We also have a couple important leadership roles that haven't been filled for a long time. We are THRILLED about the fact that we currently have almost 300 students in grades 5-11 who are engaged in instrumental music programs who we hope will be sticking around next year. Even more exciting - the current 5th and 6th grade groups are almost double the size of the 7th and 8th grade groups (who started their music studies during the height of the pandemic), showing that our programs are bouncing back strong.BUT WE NEED HELP to sustain this progress!
So, we're gonna spend the next thirty days sharing stories about our departing volunteers, our upcoming volunteer needs, and any other old silly thing we can think of to help inspire you all to join our efforts. And we hope you will all join us for a LEAP INTO VOLUNTEERINGsocial event on Thursday February 29, at 7pm at the Grandview Theatre, to continue the fun. Think you can help? Got more questions? Comment below, or send us an email at GrandviewHeightsBOB (at gmail.com). And please plan to join us on FEB 29 at 7PM at the GRANDVIEW THEATER to learn more! #30dayvolunteerblitzwithGHBOB #GHBOBneedsyou #andyouandyouandyou
