WHAT'S NEW, GHBOB?

WE'RE GLAD YOU ASKED!

For the 2024-25 school year, the GHBOB has created a new leadership position, the GHBOB SPONSORSHIP CHAIR. Our outgoing president, Dot Davis Keil, has been the de facto sponsorship chair for the past few years, but we've come to realize that it might need a little more attention than someone in the president's chair is able to give. Our vision is that this person would spend time from May through August connecting with local businesses to lock in sponsors before the school year begins. This would give us ample time to recognize those sponsors in

the fall athletic program, on a banner we hang at the concession stand for all home games, and of course on our web site and in all our concert programs.

Sound like a job for more than one person? Great, we'll have co-chairs or even a committee! Feel free to buddy up with a friend before raising your hand, but we hope one or more of our best friend-raisers will step forward to help us with this crucial fundraising effort.
