Many (but not all) GHBOB volunteer opportunities require you to have a current background check on file with the school district. Background checks are good for three to five years (depending on the type), and are needed for any volunteer opportunity where you will be spending time with students. This is especially important for parents who will help us with Band Camp in the summer. But OUR VOLUNTEER BLITZ IS
