The GH Band & Orchestra Boosters sponsor an annual year-end picnic for the graduating seniors in our marching and concert band, jazz ensemble, and orchestra groups, at the home of one of our seniors. Please note this is a directors and students only event (no siblings, buddies, parents, significant others, etc, please), and is meant to be a last opportunity for the students to reminisce and trade stories and memories with the directors before leaving GHHS. This was an event launched during the first year of the pandemic, as a substitute for the lost senior night at Band Camp - but we have continued it ever since, in part because it gives us the opportunity to include and celebrate all of our seniors, not just the marching band students. This year's picnic will be at the home of Bob and Julie Rutter. The GHBOB will provide dinner (pizza, drinks, and dessert).

The event this year will be on Sunday May 19, at 6pm, at the Rutter residence at 1179 Broadview Ave. Please click here to RSVP for your student so we can have a head count for food and drink purposes. GHBOB thanks our VP Jennifer Kinsinger for volunteering to organize this event!
