FALL VOLUNTEERING - WE NEED YOU! 
The fall volunteering sign up is now available.  Funds we raise are used to support ALL students, in ALL grades, and ALL band and orchestra groups - so you DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MARCHING BAND PARENT to help us out on Friday nights. All are welcome! Grab some friends and do an "orchestra parent" or "middle school bands" takeover of the concession stand one night - you'll raise funds and make new friends, all for a good cause.

In addition to working in the concession stand, volunteers are also needed to help hang senior banners in the stadium, distribute and check in uniforms, drive an equipment truck to away games, and assist with a couple of other special events during the football season. Something for everyone!

CONCESSIONS SPECIALS ARE BACK FOR 2024! 
Help us spread the word! Each home game this season will feature one special offer item that will not appear on the regular weekly menu. This week we will be offering grilled hamburgers and cheeseburgers for $5 apiece! Tell your friends and neighbors, and join us at the stadium for dinner, our football Bobcats, and a GREAT marching band show! (You can save or screenshot the image below and share it in your own channels, to help us get the message out.)

GHBOB POST-GAME MEETUPS
One of our newest but most beloved traditions - come join your fellow GHBOB members on Friday nights after home football games at Barrel & Taps, 1380 W. Third Ave. Have a drink, play some jenga, share a laugh, and get to know your fellow band and orchestra parents. Arrival time is around 9:30 or so, depending on what time the game ends. First meetup is THIS Friday after the home opener - see you there!

2024 GHBOB DECAL DRIVE WRAP-UP 
Big thanks to the HS students and parent volunteers who pounded the pavement this past Sunday to help raise funds as part of our annual Decal Drive event (with special kudos to GHBOB members Molly Schmied and Sara Carini for organizing). Donations will continue to trickle in all week so we don't have a final total to share, but we can say that our cash totals are well over last year's, so we are feeling pretty positive so far!
