Hello! Just two quick notes from the BPA this week:
1. VOLUNTEERS: as you probably know by now, we count on all parents of HS
marching band members to sign up for at least three volunteer slots during football season. You can click here to sign up for concession stand roles, or here for all other fall volunteering opportunities. We are grateful for your time and support – it is desperately needed and very much appreciated!
2. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS: if you are receiving this message – we’re glad! The Charms tool that we use for parent emails has been somewhat unreliable for the last few months, and we have found that occasionally messages are not getting through to everyone in a timely manner. Please know that you can always check the web site blog for all emails, from the Band Parents and from Mr. Herrmann. So if it feels like you have not heard from us in a while, you can always check there for updates. Please help us spread the word to friends who may also have students in the band program. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are looking for good workarounds.
